Refund And Cancellation policy
My Goal is for each customer's satisfaction. Returns and refunds are limited to the following.

Refunds
All sales items are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
If you are not satisfied with service or work performed, we require that you return to our salon so that we may visually inspect your hair. At that time we will make efforts to correct any issues to your satisfaction by rescheduling with a stylist at no additional charge to you.

Exceptions
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at customer service email below. Take a picture of your damaged or defective product and attach to email. Refunds will only be considered if presented within 7 days of purchase.

Booking
To avoid disappointment it is advisable to book your appointments for services 2 weeks in advance. For those of you restricted to evening and weekend appointments we would recommend 3 to 4 weeks in advance to ensure that you get the time you require, however we do always endeavor to be flexible around clients opening early and closing late, where possible, so that we can be open for you when you need us.

Cancellations
We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies .If you need to cancel your appointment, as a courtesy we ask that you please inform us at least 24 hours in advance and we'd be happy to reschedule. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to but not limited to 50% for any appointments that are reserved in order to continue to book other services with us.
